How do I pick my right size. 

We recommend using our size charts to determine the best size for you. Please note the specific fit of the product along with your size to determine how snug the particular product will fit. Our fit guide and size chart can be found here, https://au.cuore.ch/pages/fit-guide.

How should I wash my Cuore products?

General Guidelines

  • Check the Care Label: Always refer to the garment’s care label for specific instructions.
  • Separate Your Laundry: Wash cycling apparel separately from heavy or abrasive items (e.g., jeans, jackets) to prevent damage.
  • Turn Inside Out: Turning garments inside out reduces abrasion on the outer surface and protects graphics and logos.
  • Zip Up: Make sure to zip closed all zippers. This helps reduce the likely hood of a zipper catching or getting stuck on another piece of fabric.

Washing Instructions

  • Pre-Treat
    Stains: Rinse immediately after rides to remove sweat, dirt, and oils.
    For stubborn stains, gently use a mild detergent or stain remover on
    affected areas.
  • Use a Gentle Detergent: Avoid harsh detergents,
    fabric softeners, and bleach, which can degrade technical fabrics and
    elasticity.
  • Cold Wash Preferred: Use cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C/86°F). Hot water can damage synthetic fibers and reduce elasticity.
  • Gentle Cycle: Select a delicate or gentle cycle to minimize wear and tear.

Drying Instructions

  • Avoid tumble drying if possible.
  • Air dry garments to reduce wear and tear.

Our parent company, United Apparel Solutions, owns two factories in Asia. Our products are crafted with precision in state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and durability.

Our production facilities are committed to ethical practices, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and environmentally responsible processes. We strive to set the standard for the best place to work in the industry, focusing on delivering excellence in every aspect of our business.

Our factories are regularly audited by 3rd party industry experts. We meet or exceed both HIGG™ and OEKO-TEX® Made in Green standards, but our commitment to a sustainable future has no finish line.

What is Cuore's position on sustainability?

Our primary focus is on creating products that are built to last, with a shelf life that far exceeds industry standards, ensuring that our products do not end up in landfills. While there are many excellent recycled fabrics available today, only a select few meet our rigorous quality control standards, making them unsuitable for use in our core competency of manufacturing digital sublimation sports products. However, our commitment to sourcing materials that can be integrated into the creation of market-leading products remains ongoing.

How do I start the design process?

Your account manager will work with you and one of our in-house designers to define an initial design direction.

What file format should I provide any logos or assets as?

Please provide any logos in a vector (.ai, .eps, .svg) format if possible. Otherwise, a high-resolution (150 ppi +) can be used.

How do I specify what color(s) I want to use? 

A Pantone color code is the preferred method of insuring an accurate color match. If that's not possible, a CMYK color code can help start us off in the right place.

Can I supply my own design?

Yes, please work with your account manager to obtain the correct design templates. Please note that it must be vector art (.ai, .eps, .svg) and colors must be defined. Once you have provided the art, one of our in-house artists will review to make sure that the art is production ready.

Can I order size samples and how long can I keep them?

Yes, your account manager can help process the sample order. We ask that all samples are returned within 2 weeks of receiving them.

How does tiered pricing work?

Individual product pricing is based on quantities ordered. In short, the more your team orders of a given product, the lower the cost per unit will be.

Can I change my custom order after approval?

Once the custom order has been approved and submitted to production, we are unable to make any changes. All changes must be made before an order is submitted to production.

Can I change the delivery address on my custom order once it has been submitted?

Once an order has been submitted to our production team, we cannot make any additional changes. Team shops are submitted to production after their close date.

Can I pick up my custom order?

No, all custom orders are shipped directly to the individual customer or the team.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on location. The shipping costs for all individual orders in Australia and New Zealand is $15 per order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. There are specific shipping costs per region.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Custom orders typically take 5-6 weeks including delivery from the date the Team Shop closes or the order is submitted to production.

Can I cancel my order if I just placed it?

If the custom order has not been submitted to production, yes it is possible to cancel an order. Once a Team Shop has closed, it is submitted to production. Please contact your account manager to process the cancellation.

Can I return my custom order?

Custom orders are created specifically for each customer and are not subject to return.

Can I return my non-custom order?

Yes, if the product is still in like new condition. It must have original tags, packaging, and must not have been washed.

Can I return a used product?

No, non-custom products must be in like new condition to be eligible for a return.

What is the warranty on Cuore products?

Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and material. Please see our Warranty for specific details. If you need to start a warranty claim, please contact us at info_au@cuore.ch.

What happens after I send my product in for a warranty claim? 

We will review if the damage falls under our warranty policy. If it does, we will either repair or replace the item.

Is there a crash replacement policy? 

Yes, our crash replacement policy is valid for 12-months from the date of purchase. Eligible customers will receive a 50% discount on the same product or the nearest available equivalent. Do I have to pay for shipping on a warranty claim?

No, we will provide a shipping label to send the item to us.
